Converting a digital asset (DFI) for another (CFR) falls under decentralised exchange of digital asset as such is conducted under DEFI Sandbox understanding. **In Detail:** To initiate our journey Crypto Factor held a multi-phase CFR presale in February 2024 executed via automated contracts deployed on DMC. This was the first opportunity for interested parties to get involved with Crypto Factor and its token. From the research we completed there appeared to be a great deal of interest in what we are creating and therefore the CFR Token which will be instrumental in the health of the new CFR and existing DMC ecosystem!

Details surrounding the presale were communicated to the Community in January 2024 and four sales were conducted in February 2024. The sales were available for complex DeFi users; predominantly from the DeFiChain Global Community. The sale automatically closed when the expiry block was reached or the sale sold out. All four sales sold out in hours.

Purchases were made using only DFI, with a cap of 750 DFI used to ensure equitable distribution. CFR became available for claim once the sale concludes, either due to reaching the designated block height or selling out.
