Crypto Factor is a Decentralised Digital Entity and does not collect any data from the users of our products or platform in any format.

Individuals who communicate with operatives of Crypto Factor via digital channels and share private data are bound to the third party digital platform privacy policy in which this data is exchanged and forfeited.

No data is extracted or stored from public or private lines of communication and Crypto Factor take no responsibility for the privacy of such data where shared and used by third party individuals that participate in these channels.

Crypto Factor does have unrestricted access to public blockchain deployment and transaction data. This can include factory smart contracts where complex services are deployed in template form. These contracts hold zero private data.

Crypto Factor will leverage only Self-sovereign identity (SSI) features where ID credential holders are protected from privacy leaks by the protocol with which Crypto Factor use but individuals and other entities choose to opt for.

It is probable in future - If personal data is to feature in a publicly accessible domains Crypto Factor will work with clients to tailor solutions that meet there privacy requirements, where necessary deploying Multi-Part-Computation models to allow these entities to retain and control their own private data on chain.
